Having the opportunity to head to New Orleans for these two to capture their engagement photos was so much more than just travel for work. It embodied so much for me – fulfillment of my love of travel, need for adventure, thirst for culture – all of which had been put on hold and stifled a bit due to the pandemic.

Theirs was one of the first sessions we traveled for since the world began shutting down thanks to COVID, and I can hardly begin to articulate what a gift it was to travel and explore again.

Becca and Stephen, thank you for the lovely opportunity of capturing you two and the love you share. Thank you for the glimpse into your beautiful, newly renovated home. Thank you for allowing us to come visit one of our favorite cities and enjoy some time of togetherness, sans kids, as David and I wandered the streets and had endless hours of amazing conversations.
