1. Write About Something You Love or Hate
As an enneagram nine, I piece matters at all costs to me. Sometimes it’s easy to hide behind my work and not show up authentically. Challenge yourself to write weekly, about something you love or hate, because you want to be attracting ideal clients that will fall in love with who you are. And if you don’t show them who you are, they can’t fall in love with you.
2. Be Present
People buy from people, they don’t just want a brand of amazing work of the service that you offer. They want to buy from you people buy from people. So showing up in your feed with pictures of yourself makes a world of difference period. When you do this, you’ll start to notice that people that you get a lot more engagement on the images of yourself rather than your work.
Remember people buy from people.
3. Done is Better than Perfect
It’s easy as a creative to want to wait until you’ve designed the perfect feed, the perfect next image, the perfect caption, etc. Challenge yourself to think outside the box and break out have those perfectionistic tendencies and remember that done is better than perfect.
Simply by implementing these three things into your Instagram marketing strategy, you begin to stand out from the rest. You separate your brand, from a sea of client images or images of the service that you offer and you begin to allow people to get to know you, to like you, and to trust you.
