“It‘s helped me learn how to be present and get really honest about guiding my business from a place of authenticity.”
In this transformative episode, Elizabeth takes us through an actual tapping exercise and shows us how vulnerable it requires you to be. Tapping has allowed her to release anxiety, be more present, and allow her to dream bigger by learning how to be present and getting really honest about guiding her business from a place of authenticity.
EFT or tapping first came into prominence in the 1990s by a developer named Gary Craig. According to EFT International, the technique can be helpful for people with anxiety, depression, and can even be helpful for pain, stress, weight loss issues, etc. That’s the beauty of it. It’s not specific to any one problem, or any one undesirable emotion. It’s not specific to only people who are chronically depressed or in pain. It can be used for anything. It actually helps you access your body’s energy and sends signals to different parts of your brain that controls stress. It’s dealing with all of the chemical and hormonal responses and allowing your body to get out of that fight or flight space that we can often live in.
