EPISODE 08: YOUR BODY IS COMMUNICATING YOUR ROADMAP TO WHOLENESS

TUNE IN TO THIS EPISODE   ITUNES  |  SPOTIFY

“I think the variation of our hormones is really cool, and when we learn to tap into that, it’s such a power. It’s not a weakness. It’s truly a power that we have.”

On this episode, I interviewed a friend and functional health consultant, Kate Willis, about physical and emotional healing, the demands of motherhood, hormonal changes, and how our bodies will show us the roadmap to greater health if we will tune in and listen.

The conversation flows from redefining self-care to some different ways of approaching exercise or movement to Kate’s perspective that our ever changing hormones as women is actually one of our superpowers. Tune into this episode for practical strategies to start seeing physical, emotional, and mental impact in your everyday life and in your business.

Kate is a nurse practitioner and virtual functional health consultant serving women with gut, hormone and adrenal dysfunction. Together, they find the root cause and address it with lifestyle changes and strategic supplementation. Outside of work, she’s married to her husband Nate, is a boy mom to three wild and fun boys, and finds joy in her faith, family, the outdoors, good food and deep connections with others.
