I now have a two year old daughter. I’ve always been the guy that’s ok to cry. I’m kind of sappy. I cry during movies and I cry when the father of the bride dances with her that day.

Dasha’s dad had a first look and his response was perfect. Their first dance had me crying and his toast was perfection.

It’s incredible what the father of the bride brings to the party on a wedding day. He can be absent, he can be stressed, or he can soak in the moment. Finding peace in her new stage in life and still reflecting and knowing she’s his baby. He kissed her scrapped knees, tied her shoes, and read her bedtime stories using perfect voices for each character. This is not the end. This is legacy.
